A superb elegant small antique Victorian balloon back chair in walnut. An unusual and good quality example with pierced and carved fan shaped back, veneered front and side rails standing on carved and shaped cabriole legs. Newly reupholstered in a leaf patterned cream coloured fabric. Good original patina. Would make a wonderful dressing table chair or bedroom chair.

Condition Report:
Solid frame. Lovely age and patina. Wear and marks commensurate with age. Old screws to back of seat rail (possibly original to chair) and one to side. Some old worm holes to the front rail which have been treated with worm killer as a precaution.
