A charming small antique George III canterbury in mahogany dating from circa 1800. Of open slatted form with turned uprights topped with finials. It features a carry handle to the central divider and the two dividers either side can be removed for extra space. There is a single oak lined drawer to the front with turned wooden handles. A really attractive good quality piece and a small useful size it would make a wonderful newspaper stand or magazine rack.

Condition Report:
Solid and sturdy. There are a number of old holes filled with wax to the top and bottom corner joints at each side (see photos). Would have originally stood on casters.
