A silver lever escapement open face pocket watch, signed by Ge° Kirton, Stockton, hallmarked for Birmingham 1897. This pocket watch has a vehicle / car scene interest.

DIAL: The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed: “Ge° Kirton, Stockton” and numbered: 177099.

MOVEMENT: The lever escapement movement has blued screws. The movement is in excellent working condition however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is signed: “Geo Kirton, 3 Dovecot St, Stockton on Tees” and numbered: 177099.

CASE: The watch lies in a silver open face case with an engraved finish of vintage vehicle car scene on the back case. Please see pictures. The inner side of the case is hallmarked for Silver Birmingham 1897.
