A charming harlequin set of 6 antique Georgian mahogany chairs comprising a set of 5 single chairs and a very similar carver chair. The arched backs with fan shaped back splats, the tops carved with wheat sheaf motifs standing on square legs supported by stretchers. With overstuffed seats, all upholstered in a matching fabric. Substantial and sturdy chairs with lots of charm and character. The seats have been newly restored, are all solid and sturdy and the upholstery is fairly new.

Condition Report:
Wear and marks commensurate with age. Solid sturdy frames. Various old splits and mends to back of the carver chair. A few old mends to the top rails of the single chairs. The seats appear to have been recently reupholstered.
