This attractive piece of antique furniture offers classic style and huge character and is presented in good antique condition.
A well proportioned piece with a velour textile to the seat covering. It will serve wonderfully as an office chair, study seat or hallway feature piece.
The chair is a pleasing example presenting a classic curved top rail and quality carved feature back-splat.
Standing over desirable fluted front legs and offering a rewarding seating experience with the generous seat height of 45cm (17.7") and good width to the seat.
The piece displays beautifully and is solid of joint and in excellent order. There are old professional repairs which are not of significance and do not detract from the piece, merely adding to the patina.
A versatile English chair which will make a lovely addition to any location. Suitable for daily use.
