This is a shape I have never came across before. I have had it in my collection for some years it appears to be 1 solid piece of glass completely round with the pattern cut into it,. T always reminds me of a neck on a medieval ladies dress. The glass is not of todays crystal clear colour the base has the expected scratches but no other damage.... The stopper fits snugly into the top it has minor nibbles out of the base of it and I know these can be ground out without making the stopper miss fit.
