Circa 1880. Quality Victorian large-sized mahogany desk chair. The arched horseshoe shaped back with deep buttoned dark burgundy leather and brass studding, on uprights with open-fret, Gothic brackets above the generous dished seat. Supported on turned legs to the front and out swept rear supports with a crinoline stretcher. Lovely patina and nice degree of wear on the leather.
