Pretty French Walnut Bedside Marble-Top Cabinet
-Welcome to Mersham Manor Antiques-
A pretty French bedside cabinet of excellent quality.
C1890.
Constructed from walnut in the Rococo style. Having a serpentine shaped moulded edge top, with an attractive" Rouge Royal" marble top, which is an historic Belgian marble. Below is a single drawer over a cabinet door.
The door opens to reveal a storage area, retaining the original marble interior.
Standing on elegant long cabriole legs, with acanthus carved knees.
The condition is excellent antique condition. Minor signs of age and use.
Lovely colour and warm patination to the walnut.
Solid, sturdy and strong.
We have another similar cabinet on a separate listing, shown in a couple of the pictures.
The dimensions are-
Height-87.5cm-Width-39.2cm-Depth-38.5cm.
