Circa 1890, rare pair of large Chinese rosewood plant stands. The circular tops with carved rims and variegated pink marble insets are over a convex, faux-bamboo carved, elaborate open fretwork frieze. This is supported on 4 foliate-carved cabriole legs, which are united by carved cross stretchers.
