Pair of Inlaid Mahogany Armchairs
An ornate pair of late Victorian period inlaid mahogany armchairs. Of scrolling form and decorated with ivorine stringing throughout. The back splats with an inset rosewood panel which is decorated with profuse inlaid detailing in ivorine and boxwood. This panel is surmounted by a carved crest. Further inlaid detailing is to be found to the knees. This attractive pair of chairs are offered for sale in very good original condition.
