Good pair of simply country made Welsh Georgian chairs, circa 1760s haped top rail with a bold vase shaped splat to the back, complete with low stretchered base and simple square section supports, lovely proportions throughout with charming 'folk art' inspiration, with a great colour gained through lots of loving care and use over time. A real pair of 18th century treasures, so original and a beautiful in the simplicity of design and the dinky size together makes them a real pair of country gems.
