They are of superb quality and are very comfortable. The solid birch frames are very well made, the scrolled arms and cabriole legs have wonderful acanthus leaf carving. The sides and backs are double caned, they are generous and sturdy.
We have had the frames re-polished and newly upholstered in a cream cotton fabric, with down filled cushions. The condition is excellent throughout.
