Fine example of a mid 19th.c. Welsh dresser of the type produced on Anglesey c.1840. In mahogany and oak with a well proportioned rack over a breakfront two door cupboard base with a central bank of drawers. The diamond inlays and applied turnings to the cornice, the turned quarter columns and the bone escutcheons are all original vernacular features typical of Anglesy antique furniture from the period. In really excellent condition, original throughout, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
