Large Four Drawer Chest - Marble Top - circa 1850

This Victorian mahogany chest is a lovely size and offers excellent colour and condition.

With a thick light coloured marble top over a moulded and shaped top lip the piece will look at home in any room with the marble adding both practicality and interest.

The chest is a quality construction with strong dove-tail joints, turned knobs and very attractive flame mahogany graining within the drawer fronts.

The drawer layout with two smaller drawers above two full width ones makes the piece very practical (see images for the full drawer dimensions).

The piece rides upon original solid turned bun feet.

Overall this piece of antique furniture is in excellent condition.

A brilliant chest which displays wonderfully and offers great storage space.
