lovely quality french empire single bed in a wonderful rich mahogany with scroll ends and applied scrolled decorations.
this delightful bed or lit en bateau is made with both ends being of equal height and one side higher than the other and the other designed to go against a wall or in an alcove, fitted with castors.
some marks, scuffs etc commensurate with age but overall this lovely bed is in very good condition and is not done justice by the photgraphs.
