Very pretty early 19th.c. oak mid Wales open dresser base c.1820. Two plank top with a mahogany crossbanded border and moulded edge. Over an unusual configuration of one large central drawer flanked with four smaller drawers, all with mahogany crossbanded oak fronts and brass swan neck handles. With an elaborately shaped apron, continued on the sides, and raised on shapely cabriole front legs with unusual pointed pad feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
