Mahogany Burr Walnut Bedside Cupboard Table Cabinet
Antique fine quality mahogany and burr walnut bedside cupboard table cabinet.
Quality fine marquetry inlay to the door.....a bit special.
Could also be used as a posh jardiniere or statue stand.
Dates from the late 19th or early 20th Centuries.
Ormolu mounts, brass and mother of pearl decoration.
This is a lovely cupboard, that is full of age, charm and character.
This is a heavy quality piece, with no loose joints.
The oak lined drawer slides freely.
No significant woodworm.
Good age and patina, would look amazing in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 44cmW x 36.5cmD x 84cmH.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with antique furniture. One piece of arched brass line inlay is missing, but it is not that noticeable. Some marks, scratches and minor edge chips to the marble top as is to be expected. Some minor veneer chipping on the skirt above the feet.
