Mahogany Ball & Claw Sofa / Settee
This is a beautiful good quality sofa dating from around 1900. The sofa is in a lovely dusky pink sateen fabric which is in excellent order. It has sumptuous down filled cushions and is wonderfully comfortable to sit in. The sofa has a very appealing shape with beautifully carved ball and claw legs and attractive blind fretwork. The solid mahogany frame has a lovely rich colour and is in excellent sound condition.
The sofa is 155 cms wide and 70 cms high, the seat height being 38 cms from the floor.
