Magnificent 14" Dial Oak Barometer


A very large 19th century oak cased 14 " dial barometer and thermometer.
The barometer has a silverised dial that is engraved with "Chamberlain & Son 203 High Holborn London. No 281".
The dial also has a black barometric pressure hand and a pair of register hands, one marked 'Yesterday 8AM' and the other 'Today 8AM'.
The oak case is decorated with turned mahogany discs to the rounded corners.
The barometer is in full working condition. (Circa 1852-1860)
