This is a lovely little oil on canvas by H. Haines.

It has came from a collection of items that have came from a private house in Scotland.

The artist seems to be H. Haines from the signature, and it is a lovely little oil on canvas of a Lady walking across a bridge with a house to her right and trees in the background.
It says on the back that the painting was cleaned and re-varnished 8th Feb 1983. Looks like it could do with being cleaned again as it is slightly tarnished on the front, but could be repaired.

The painting is signed in the left hand corner and it looks like it says ' CDROT' from what II can make out in the right hand corner.
