Louis XVI style French bed - very rare!

This really is an absolute cracker of a French bed, an early one too, circa 1860
The quality of the carving throughout the frame is of a very high standard as is the beautiful gold leaf that runs throughout the bed.
The acron finials are of a large scale, the rope twist is clean and crisp
We do have the original side rails for the bed too, just not in the photograph - they are fully carved and gilded matching the bed 100%
The photos show the quality well, but if you would like to see any more detail, please don`t hesitate to call or email any time
You are seeing the bed in its "raw / unfinished" state at the moment, but it is priced to be fully re upholstered for you in your own choice of fabric ( supplied by you 8m ) and also, the supporting base to hold the mattress
