Circa 1890, Louis XV style amaranth and Vernis Martin bureau, the three quarter brass gallery top above 3 short drawers and a cylinder top painted with a pastoral scene with a courting couple, opening to an interior fitted with compartments and drawers and plush lined writing surface, over a long frieze drawer, raised on square cabriole legs, with gilt metal mounts throughout.
