Approximate dimensions: height 38.3mm, weight 26 grams.
Note the gilding has worn away around the curved part and inside. There is also the remains of some stamped wording. Please see photos. Perhaps someone could let me know what the wording could be.
The ornate L&NWR engraving is still clear.

The London and North Western Railway (LNWR, L&NWR) was a British railway company between 1846 and 1922. In the late 19th century, the LNWR was the largest joint stock company in the world. In 1923, it became a constituent of the London, Midland and Scottish (LMS) railway, and, in 1948, the London Midland Region of British Railways. The LNWR's main line remains today as the English and Welsh portions of the West Coast Main Line. All our items include postage and packaging in the UK.
