Large Metamorphic Library Chair or Library Steps

A superb and useful piece, this roomy and comfortable Regency style chair can be flipped over and turned into a 4 step ladder
The chair has been sympathetically restored, the leather treads for the steps have been replaced with new tooled leather
This stunning piece of country house antique furniture is also a very comfortable arm chair
The chair is 35” high at the back, 23” wide, and 25” deep, it is 28” high, 22” wide and 45” long at the floor when set as a step
