Large English Gilt Overmantle Mirror, c1879.
Sizes 129cm high, 126cm max width, main frame width 106.5cm.
Wonderful example in superb "Country House" condition, retaining it's original water-gilding, original mirror plate with light overall foxing and a few minor cleaning related scuff's to the base of the plate.
Newspaper found between mirror plate and backing board dated 1879, please see photos.
