Very Large Antique Overmantle Mirror c1870.
Sizes 157cm tall x 153cm max width at base x main frame width 130cm.
Frame retains its original mercury silvered mirror plate which has an amazing overall twinkle/sparkle to the silvering. It does has some fine cleaning related scuffs but it certainly doesn't warrant changing the plate.
Original water-gilding is in superb overall condition.
Original backing boards.
