Large English 18ct gold open face pocket watch by Hogg & Shaw of Manchester.

The white enamel dial signed 'Hogg & Shaw, Manchester with black Roman numerals, blued steel hands and subsidiary seconds dial. In excellent condition having no hairlines, chips or discolouration.

The solid 18ct gold case bearing hall marks for Joseph Walton & Co., London, 1926. There are no presentation inscriptions and the hinges are good. The covers open and close as they should. In very good condition having no dings or scratching of note.

The pin set, stem wind, gilt free sprung movement is signed 'Hogg & Shaw, 52, Market St., Manchester, No.41419'. The movement is in excellent condition and working order.
