An unusual French bed, full 5` kingisze and well carved, circa 1900
The "arch" top design is not so common and in my opinion, is one of the nicer styles as it can be quite understated with the fluted columns, finials, then the long arch.
The bed has had the old upholstery removed so what you are seeing is the old under lining fab ric and upholstery tacks around the sides.
You may like it like this and keep it so, but usually, we would fully re upholster for you in your own choice of fabric - supplied by you 7m and finished with a double pipe edge.
So I have priced it AS IS but with the supporting base included in the price.
