Jones & Crompton Arts & Crafts Caddy Spoon 1903
Here is something for the spoon collector, a lovely and unusual Arts & Crafts silver caddy spoon.
This silver cast spoon has a elongated oval bowl extending to a handle depicting George and the dragon. The gilded bowl of the spoon is beautifully engraved with an intricate foliate design. The bowl also carries hallmarks for Birmingham 1903 along with the makers marks for Jones & Crompton.
The spoon has a lovely Arts & Crafts feel and is in an excellent antique condition. However, the date letter is a little hard to read because of the intricate pattern. It is approximately 4 & 1/4 inches (10.7cm) long and weighs approximately 22.15g.
