Inlaid Mahogany Tub shape elbow chair
This mahogany inlaid tub chair from circa 1900 has been through our workshops for re French polishing and is now in excellent condition. The seat has just been upholstered in an attractive Jaquard fabric.
The chairs has a great shape and has super stringing along most of the rails, see pictures. The inlays run around the arm and all the small splats with rather more impressive ones down the middle splat. This is a comfortable chair that looks great, it goes well with the inlaid dressing table but it can of course go anywhere and does not have to go with anything else. A very attractive Sheraton revival inlaid mahogany chair that is 100 to 120 years old and looks only 10 year old it is in such good condition. A superb example in excellent condition......... SORRY NOW SOLD............... We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas. We now open by appointment, but we are often open Fridays and Saturdays, but cannot guarantee,( our sign will be out if passing ) it is worth ringing before coming.Tel 01565 874075
