Hornby Dublo LMR 2-8-0, 8F 48109 MIB locomotive and tender, electric 2-rail excellent/ mint condition. I think this is the early non-ringfield motor version. Tested and runs smoothly. One or two very minor blemishes to the paint work and no sign of running on the wheels.

Original box states 2224 with engine No 48073 on the lid, excellent condition slight red paper loss to underside on one corner where original sticky tape was used to seal box.

Complete with inner tray and original “instructions for operating and maintaining Hornby-Dublo 4-6-0 Cardiff Castle and 8F 2-8-0 Freight Locomotive.
