Hamilton & Inches Edinburgh Mantel Clock
A good quality small mantel antique clock with high quality Margaine carriage clock type mechanism. Stepped case mouldings and standing on bun feet. An opening front door with bevelled glass panel. A silvered engraved dial with 'moon' blued steel hands signed 'Hamilton & Inches, Edinburgh'. An 8-day duration mechanism by Margaine no. 16703 striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong. Circa 1890. Height 10" / 26cms Width 6" / 15cms Depth 4 1/2 " / 12cms.
