Good Small Walnut Dresser Sideboard 1930s

This is such a fine dresser. It dates to the 1920s and is wonderful quality, made in walnut. What is so good about this dresser is its diminutive size. It is small in height and width and at only 13 inches deep will not overpower your space. At the same time it affords good storage in its cupboards and drawers with a fitted top drawer for cutlery.
The dresser has a domed walnut dutch top. The top to the base is in figured walnut and cross banded in walnut as are the cupboard and drawer fronts. The drawers retain their original brass handles and decorative back plates. Just look at the quality to the walnut cabriole legs with the carved shell motif to the knees.
This is a beautiful piece for a cottage or where space is at a premium. The dresser shouts quality.
Condition good. No worm or repair. Walnut a rich polished colour.
The dresser is 72 inches high and 34.5 inches wide and only 13 inches deep. It splits in two for moving.
