A Georgian Sheffield plate wax jack.Rectangular base with gadrooned rim,sconce supported by drawn wire supports.Complete with barrel and original nut.Underside with a maker's mark(I can't find).Circa 1800
8.5 cms high,base 9.4 cms x 7.5 cms.
Overall condition is generally reasonable for age and use with some wear to sconce and drawn wire work which may be slightly distorted in places. You may return a purchase within 14 days for a refund if you are not happy with it,but you will have to pay the full cost of return postage/carriage.The item must be returned undamaged.
