Georgian Mahogany Tilt Top Supper Tea Table
Antique Georgian mahogany tilt top supper, side or occasional table.
This is a lovely table, that is full of age, charm and character.
Very attractive thick, quality patinated top (possibly Cuban mahogany).
No loose joints or wobbles.
Simple tripod base with ebonised line inlay and a beautifully turned stem.
No woodworm.
Would look amazing in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 74cm diameter top x 73cmH (115cmH when tilted up).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. A little historical distortion as one would expect and is desirable. There is a period steel strengthening plate to the underside of the tripod (nearly all similar antique tables have these).
