Georgian Cuban mahogany dining table gate-leg drop
Antique Georgian C1800 mahogany (believed Cuban) dining table gate-leg / drop leaf.
This is a lovely table, that is full of age, charm and character.
A solid piece with no loose joints and a beautifully patinated top, with a lovely aged waviness.
Quite a rare find.
Would look amazing in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 123.5cmL (43cm when closed) x 101cmW x 73cmH.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Some historic woodworm holes (believed extinct, to the non-mahogany components underneath) that we have treated for good measure (too be expected with a piece such as this), but all is still strong and good. Some of the underside glue blocks have been replaced and are later.
