Antique Georgian 19C inlaid oak chest of drawers.

This chest has a great look and an attractive shell marquetry inlay to the front.

This is a lovely chest, that is full of age, charm and character.

The drawers slide freely (some internal staining as is to be expected).

Both the handles and locks appear original.

Overall maximum dimensions 99cmW x 53cmD x 107cmH.

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Internal marks and stains to the drawers as usual. No keys and the locks are untested. There are quite a few woodworm holes (mainly in the fruitwood drawer bottoms, which are still strong), believed extinct that we have treated for good measure. Later back.
