This is a very unusual and very good quality French louis xv style scrolling end, fully buttoned and fully upholstered kingsize bed, circa 1910 and in great condition.
The bed is priced for you reupholstered in your own choice of fabric ( 8m supplied by you ) and also with a supporting box base that will hold your standard kingsize mattress...
The frame is beautifully carved, a good proportion so the bed has some presence to it, the scrolling head and footboard are unusual when fully covered like this...obviously the fabric that is currently on the bed has been on there a long time, so we have priced it re covered
The side rails are the original, matching the shape and carving to the bottom of the footboard
The measurements are:
Headboard 43'' high
Footboard 28'' high
Maximum frame width is 66'' so you could use this as a 5'6'' bed if you wish
