Very good quality kingsize French scroll end upholstered louis xv style bed, circa 1920
Slightli larger carving to the scroll, end than the usual and the overal proportions are greater too,
The frame is made in solid beech and has been left quite pale, so it gives a more contemporary feel to that of some of the darker walnut frames
The current upholstery is in pretty good condition - the mark to the headboard looks a lot worse on here with the camera than it actually is, so we have priced it "as is" in case you may keep it and just have it cleaned...although it is no problem to re upholster for you completely.
Also included is the supporting box base to support your standard kingsize mattress
