A 19th century French eight-day striking brass wall antique clock with an embossed floral oval case, comprising of a convex enamel dial marked 'Ducomet a Mezin', with a shaped comptoire type foliate embossed pendulum.

Maximum height with the weights in the lowest position 215cm

Comptoise antique clocks have a unique system of striking having struck the hour, they repeat the performance two minutes later.
