This is an excellent quality late C19th French gilt "margin" frame overmantle mirror, beautifully finished with decorative mouldings.
All original mirror glass, the central being bevelled and the four further individual panels being plane.
This is a good size mirror, measuring 71'' x 39.5'' and happy to sit on a mantle or free hang as shown.
