A handsome cased cocktail set made from French silver plate, each piece signed on the underside "Metal Argente" for Silver Plated, the equivalent of EPNS (Electro-Plated Nickel Silver).

Wonderful to find a complete set in the original presentation box comprising the large cocktail shaker and eight matching cups of beakers.

Dating to c.1940, it remains in excellent original condition, minor wear but looks almost unused. The shaker measures 3 5/8" in diameter x 8 3/4" tall and each cup with a diameter of 2 1/8" x 2 5/8" tall. The box measures 14 3/4" x 11" x 3 3/4".
