Fine pair of French burr walnut "bombe" side table
Beautiful pair of French walnut and burr walnut louis xv style side antique tables with "bombe" sides, circa 1880
The style and proportions of these are superb, the bombe sides are the best I have seen, you can't help but touch them! The burr veneers finish them off with the brass work too...there is one drop handle missing which I am trying to replace though...
These tables can be used as sofa tables as they are finished on all sides, the condition is good throughout, but you will notice in one photo showing detail of the top to one table top, there is a nibble from the back edge, though minor.
