Excessively Buttoned Porters Chair
A large excessively buttoned porters chair. It is late 19thC / early 20thC and in it's origianl silvery type silk fabric. There are marks on the fabric which are mainly water marks to arms and there are frayed areas in various parts of the chair as can be seen in the photos. Most of the buttons are present and the springs are all in good order, it is a very comfortable chair and you sink into it.
It measures approx. 45in high by 32in wide and 33in deep.
