Excellent Quality Regency Mahogany Small Sideboard
Here is a superb quality Regency sideboard.
c1810.
This twin pedestal sideboard has the most wonderful flame mahogany veneers, which are exceptional, and simply glow with warmth and rich colour.
To the top is a shaped back, with a broken arched pediment and delightful central shell carved cresting.
Over an arrangement of four drawers and two cupboards.
The left drawers is sectioned for cutlery. This is over a single shelved cupboard. The opposing cupboard has a cellarette drawer, with space below.
Original finish to the wood, lovely patina.
The condition overall is very good antique condition, with general expected signs of use consistent with age. Minor repairs, minor knocks to the plinth base corners. No key.
The dimensions are.
Height-131cm overall. Height to top of sideboard-99cm.
Width-129.5cm.
Depth-62cm.
