You are bidding on an excellent original 14 Kt gold MOVADO Art Deco open face pocket watch, made in Switzerland in 1925.

Dial: The gold coloured dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions and a subsidiary seconds dial at the six. The dial has blued steel hands and is signed “MOVADO” in the upper centre and "Swiss Made" in the lower centre. The protective glass is in perfect condition.

Movement: The pocket watch has an lever escapement movement with 15 jewels and 4 adjustments. The movement is decoratively signed: “MOVADO, 4 Four ADJts, 15 Fifteen Jewels, Swiss Made”. The pocket watch is in good working condition however we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique watch.

Case: The pocket watch lies in a nice 14 Kt gold case with a smooth finish and engraved: "KJ". The inner side of the case is stamped 14K, 0.585 and the case is engraved with the famous Movado hand which is the Trade Mark for MOVADO. The inner side of the case is numbered: 882319-45581. The metal cuvette is also numbered: 882319. The outer side of the cuvette is signed: "Pa 50-arsdagen" 2/3/1941.
