A nice English Sterling Silver Bowl made by H Clifford Davis Ltd, Birmingham and dating from c1958.
It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "HCD" for Henry Clifford Davis, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the anchor Birmingham town mark and date letter "J" for 1958/59.
The bowl is in good condition but does have a dent to the rim of the foot.
It measures 2 1/4" inches (58mm) in height and 5" inches (128mm) in diameter.
