A wonderful quality antique English sterling silver photograph frame with a full hallmark for Birmingham 1915 together with a makers mark for Sanders & Mackenzie.

The back is made from solid English Oak with a highly sought-after "two way" folding easel back, allowing it to be used in both a landscape and portrait configuration.

The sterling silver front is two-tiered and the front beautifully decorated with engine turning with a series of diamond shaped motif.

These simple and elegant frames are highly sought-after and this one is in superb condition. 6 3/8" x 8 1/4" with a glazed aperture measuring 5 5/8" x 7 1/2".
