A very good Elgin gold plated Hunter Cased Pocket Watch in good condition and in good working order. It has just been serviced by a professional watchmaker.
The Gold Plated, watch case is in good condition. The inside the rear cover is the case maker's name "Dennison Watch Case Company, USA" alongside the case serial number.
The good quality, Elgin movement is in good condition and working order. It has the serial number 25,129882 dating it to c1922. It is signed "Elgin Nat'l Watch Co" . The movement is stem wind and set.
The dial is in very good condition. It is signed "Elgin". It has the hours in Roman numerals and a sub seconds dial. The crystal is a plastic replacement.
