Edwardian Ladies Scrolled Wing-Back Small Armchair
This lovely antique ladies' wing-back armchair is of nice small proportions. We would estimate it to date from the 1920s, but it is older in style. The armchair has a shaped top, a scrolled wing-back and scrolled arms, and a removable seat cushion (that we believe to be a replacement). It is supported on tapering oak legs terminating in replacement metal and plastic castors. The upholstery is more modern, and has been professionally done. It is a patterned light green material - please note that that we would recommend viewing prior to purchase as the colour appearance of the material in person may not quite match the photographs.
Condition Overall this chair is in good usuable condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing and wear to the wooden legs and the castors have some wear. The upholstery does have some marks, mainly near the top of the back rest, and there is some wear and some loose threads to the right-hand side. It is perhaps slightly faded.
